The latest Ministry of Health Syndromic Surveillance data shows Influenza-like Illness (ILI) recorded 1,600 cases in the last month.
The updated data is from 17 April 2023 to 23 April 2023 reported that a total of 1,608 ILI cases were recorded.
According to the Syndromic Surveillance data report, the ILI cases reported are well below the threshold.
However, even though the threshold has not been exceeded, the Ministry of Health still highly recommends the general public to continue the practice of preventative measures such as –wearing masks especially when coughing and runny nose, hand hygiene, and avoid large gatherings without masks.
