The Office of the Electoral Commission confirmed that the byelection for the Constituency of Vaimauga #3 is scheduled for 24 February 2023.
According to the notice issued recently, the nomination period for the Constituency of Vaimauga #3 candidates is from 9 am Thursday 2 February to 3rd at 12pm.
The last day to withdraw nominations is Thursday 9 February, at 12 noon.
The pre-polling day is 22 February and two days afterwards is polling day with 27 February, scheduled as the return of writ for the by-election.
