In efforts to eliminate school brawls in public places, prompted the Ministry of Police and Prisons to call a meeting between Leififi College and St Joseph College.

The recent brawl occurred last week and according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Education Sports and Culture, affected members of the public and it has to stop.

Principals of St Joseph and Leififi College, parents, and students heard firsthand from the Commissioner of Police Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo, that they will implement the full force of the law if students are found armed with dangerous weapons and committing public peace disturbance.

He further urged the students to focus on what’s important and that is their education so they can have a good future rather than wasting their time showing off in public places which will eventually lead them to the custody of the police.
