FIFA President visits Samoa

The President of F.I.F.A. Gianni Infantino visited Samoa on Sunday and met with the Acting Prime Minister of Samoa Tuala Tevaga Iosefo Ponifasio.
His delegation involves Oceania Football Confederation President Lambert Maltock, Samoan – Australian Football Legend Tim Cahill, and Former French Football player Youri Djorkaeff.
The President of F.I.F.A. presented a gift to the Acting Prime Minister, an official Football from the F.I.F.A. Women’s World Cup that is currently being held in Australia and New Zealand.
He was then welcomed by the Football Federation of Samoa management and staff with an ava ceremony at the Samoa Tourism Authority (S.T.A.) Fale.
