The Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police Annual Conference scheduled for the 24th to 26th of August will be held at the Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Nadi.
Police Commissioner Auapa’au Logoitino Fillipo is one of the 21 Pacific Chiefs of Police who will meet after a lapse of 2-years for their Annual Conference with the theme “Workforce Well-being and Resilience”.
The 2022 PICP Conference also marks the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of the PICP.
The PICP was founded in 1970 in Suva, and the celebrations scheduled to be held in 2020 were put on hold due to the pandemic.
The Fiji Police Force is looking forward to welcoming back the Chiefs of Police, members of the Women’s Advisory Network and observers in the coming days as we meet to discuss security matters in making Our Blue Pacific Safer Together.
