The Minister of Finance, Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molio’o has advised the retail petroleum products prices that will apply from 1st November 2022 remain the same as in October.
For petrol, it’s $3.51 per litre; while diesel is $3.99 per litre, and the price for Kerosene stands at $3.58 per litre.
“Samoa’s fuel reserves as at 1st November reflect the same cost of supply as for October hence the carry-over of Retail Prices.
The pricing of Crude Oil and Refined Products has been erratic over the last 3 months reflecting uncertainties re-supply, pushing prices up, then concerns re a global recession impacting demand, which pushes prices down.”
