Lakapi Samoa has taken a step forward to improve performance on the pitch at this year’s Rugby World Cup by announcing Hytro as their Official BFR Training Partner.

The three-year deal will see Hytro work closely with the challenger side, who want to make a significant impact at this year’s Rugby World Cup in France.

The full deal will see Hytro integrated as Samoa’s Official Training Partner for the Men’s and Women’s 15’s and 7’s teams.

Along with on-the-field support, Hytro will be granted the rights to leverage all appropriate IP throughout the 2023 Rugby World Cup, 2024 Paris Olympics, Women’s 2025 Rugby World Cup, and the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

“We are delighted to provide our innovative BFR wearables and expertise to the playing squad, but further to this, with so many brand moments to be played out on the field, we are relishing the chance to use our platform to express their talents, tell their stories, and inspire even more people to get behind Manu Samoa.”

Commenting on the significant partnership, Faleomavaega Vincent Fepuleai, Chief Executive Officer Lakapi Samoa, stated, “We are delighted to join forces with Hytro to elevate our commitment to sports development in Samoa.
