Leali’ifano Easter Manila Silipa the former Chief Executive of the Samoa Qualifications Authority is now the Country Manager for the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (A.P.T.C.) Vocational Training Manager for the Samoa and Tonga Country Office.
She left the SQA after taking the helm as CEO in 2020, when Letuimanu’asina Dr Emma Kruse-Vaai resigned.
Leali’ifano worked at the SQA for over ten years including five years as ACEO Policy where she led a number of policy reforms at the SQA.
Leali’ifano who holds a Master of Arts Governance from the University of the South Pacific also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Governance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Politics.
The local APTC office this week held a welcoming ava ceremony to officially welcome its new Country Manager.
Last week, the SQA Board of Directors and Management Team bid farewell and extend their Congratulations to Leali’ifano, on her new appointment as the Country Manager for APTC.
