MOH: be patient, vaccines making its way to the villages

The Government on the first day of its mass vaccination urges the public to exercise social distancing, it’s evident from the District Hospitals it is totally being ignored.

Acting Director-General for the Ministry of Health, Dr Ken Atoa Fatupaito said the vaccines will get to the villages for both Upolu and Savai’i in the coming weeks.

Adding the public should avoid crowded places such as the District hospitals rather visit the fixed sites, with a drive-thru and walk-in at Moto’otua and Matagialalua.

Dr Fatupaito, urges the public’s corporation and patience as the vaccines will be available in their respective villages.
