The Ministry of Police and Prisons are investigating the death of an 11-year-old boy in Savaii.
He was found dead at his residence last week.
Police Commissioner Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo told Radio Polynesia this matter was reported to the police last week and there appears to be foul play given the bruises on his body.
However, that will be determined by a pathologist as an autopsy has been ordered by the Coroner in this matter.
