The Ministry of Police Prisons officers is heading to Tanumalala, over calls of an alleged prison break.
This was confirmed by Minister of Police, Faualo Harry Schuster, who was unable to confirm whether prisons broke out or what, but only confirmed the Police are heading to Tanumalala.
Radio Polynesia has been receiving calls from the public asking for information, however, Police has yet to release any official information. Meanwhile, members of the public in Tanumalala have called in saying there are close to 20 Police and FESA vehicles heading to the prison at this moment.
