Acting Prime Minister Tuala Tevaga losefo Ponifasio has confirmed changes in the Retail Petroleum Products Prices will apply from 1 t October 2023.
All products recorded price increases, Petrol will increase by 23.3 sene per litre from $3.20 to $3.43 per litre, Diesel will increase by 39.0 sene per litre from $3.29 to $3.68 per litre and Kerosene will increase by 41.2 sene per litre from $2.88 to $3.29 per litre.
October Retail Prices increases reflect the continuing increases in crude and refined product prices driven by OPEC + crude oil supply restrictions. Diesel and Kerosene price increases are further impacted by increasing demand for these products from the Industrial and Aviation market segments.
