Samoa National Lotto office closed until further notice

The Samoa National Lotto office will be closed starting tomorrow until level 2 restrictions are lifted.

This was confirmed in a public notice issued by the Management and posted on their Facebook page.

“As such there will be no Samoa National Lotto draw this week and no Samoa National TV Bingo games.”

According to the notice, all Samoa National Lotto tickets, TV bingo tickets and bonus tickets already purchased will be forwarded and used in the next lotto draw.

On Monday, the Samoa National Lotto issued a public apology after a mixup in live recordings aired on Saturday evening of the lottery numbers produced different winning numbers.

This caused a lot of confusion amongst the public who took their frustrations to social media demanding an explanation from the National Lotto.

This is the first time in three weeks the National Lotto has opened for business, as it was banned under level 3.

In its notice today, the National Lotto apologised for the inconvenience caused and advised once they resume normal services.

Efforts were made to get comments from the CEO, Tuala Saki Tuala via email and were not answered as of press time.
