In the first three months of the financial year, 2021-2022 the Samoa Land Corporation achieved a Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of $944,480 at the end of the quarter.
The liquidity position as represented by its current ratio of 13:1 is high and sufficient to cover short-term obligation when falling due.

In its latest report for the financial year 2020, the Samoa Land Corporation recorded a decrease in its net profit in the amount of $3.4 million.
A drop of 14 percent compared to $4 million previously. This is outlined in the Corporation’s annual report.
