Vodafone Samoa will be hosting its first Vodafone Leadership Summit 2023, next week at the Taumeasina Island Resort.
The summit will bring together leaders from the Government & Business under one roof to hear from a diverse range of leadership aspects.
This year’s summit will feature four speakers, including our Hon Prime Minister, Le Afioga Fiame Naomi Mataafa, who will enlighten the audience on the “Importance of Diversity in Leadership”.
In a statement issued says that other speakers are BSP Samoa Country Head, Jennifer Ula-Fruean speaking on “Virtual Leadership”,
Vodafone Samoa’s Chief Technical Officer Tofa Le’uo Alani Faiai speaking on “How Technology will Shape Leadership” and Seiulialii Dr George Usufono Leao Tuitama, Head of Department, Mental Health, Ministry of Health speaking on “Managing Stress for Leaders”.

“The goal is to bring together leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences to share their knowledge and insights on effective leadership strategies and overcoming challenges, particularly for our Pacific island nation.
“The summit will provide a forum for leaders to share their experiences, successes, and challenges.
“Based on the success and feedback on this year’s summit, we may conduct a leadership summit at a larger scale every year,” said the CEO of Vodafone Samoa.
